Book review on "My Name is Red" by Orhan Pamuk

What I liked about this book:
- Language is soooo rich
- Multiple narrators
- Historical allusions to 16th century Istanbul
- The love story
- The murder mystery
- Shevket
- Esther

What I didn't like about this book:
- Random digressions: OK, I get it, you're good with words. Now can we move on?
- WTF is a "miniaturist"???
- An insertion or two of one of the pictures would have been nice.

Overall grade: A-
